Adding Glitter

Either make your Text in Animation Shop or in PSP then open in AS. You will have one Frame that we will add an Image Effect to. When we are done with Effect you will have to delete the first frame. Here is my Text.

Now go to Effects / Insert Image Effects. In the drop down menu for Effects choose the Noise Effect. Change the Effect Length to 1.3 secs, Frames per second should be set at 12. You will see below that it says Effect contains a total of 15 frames. Click ok.

All of our frames now have noise in them except for frame one. We will need to delete that frame, click inside frame one then go to Edit / Delete. Run your Animation Preview to see your glitter text! Pretty Easy!
