Waterfalls

1.  Open your waterfall graphic and duplicate it (Shift+D) you can find it here.  Close the original.

2.  Go to the Freehand Selection Tool. Use the following settings:  Point to Point/Add(Shift)/Feather 0/Smoothing 5/Antialias Checked.

3.  In various areas of your waterfall make vertical selections.  The image below shows the selections I made.

4.  Once you have all your selections made, go to your layers palette, right click and Promote Selection to Layer.  Duplicate your new layer.  Deselect (CTRL+D).  These are your water layers.

5.  Make sure your first water layer is active.  Go to Effects>Distortion Effects>Ripple.  Use the following settings:
Horizontal & Vertical 0/Amplitude 1/Wavelength 10/ Edge Mode Repeat.

6.  Make your second water layer active now and apply the Ripple Effect again but this time change the Wavelength to 15.

7.  Next, you need to hide the second water layer by clicking on the eye.  Go to Edit>Copy Merged and go to AS and paste as a new animation.

8. Go back to PSP and unhide the second water layer and hide the first water layer.  Edit>Copy Merged and go to AS and paste after current frame.

9.  Still in AS, Select All (CTRL+A).  Right click>Frame Properties>30.  Preview your animation and it should looks something like this.  If you like it go ahead and save.

Hope you all enjoy!
