Organize those
Tubes
and other
things
PSP 9
Are you tired of looking here and there for you tubes,
gradients, patterns, etc. . .
You can organize them very easily with the PSP Browser.
Open it in your PSP Program and browse to My Documents / My PSP Files / Picture
Tubes/ and right click on any image.
From there you want to click on the Move to option
and browse back to Picture Tubes Folder again. Here you want to click on
the "New Folder" button and open a new folder to place your tube
into.
I Start my folders with the name first in this case
Tube but it could be "Patterns", "Shapes", "Gradients", "Frames"
etc. Then I name the folder accordingly. Here you can see I
have different folders for Animals, Garden, Holidays, Items etc. It is
just easier for me to find my tubes as I need them.
The only other thing is to make sure that you have
only your main tube file marked. Go to File / Preferences / File
Locations Click on the Picture Tubes selection and just make sure that your
Tube Folder is located and the use Sub Folders
button is unchecked.
Thats it. From now on just save all your
tubes to those folders and you will never have to search through folder after
folder again to find the tube you want. When you are ready to use the tube
just open the folder, browse to the tube you want to use and copy it to your
Main Tube file.
